What is Life Coaching?
We all have dreams and aspirations but often do not take action to work towards them. Life coaching is a solution focused process that looks at the present and enables you to gain a greater understanding of where you would like to be in the future, bringing clarity to your decisions. Coaching gives you the freedom to explore your thoughts and ideas in a relaxed, safe space.

Coaching is not Therapy.
Therapy tends to focus on your feelings and experiences associated with the past, Coaching does acknowledge these as they have brought you to this point in your life.

I help clients with motivation, confidence, helping them to overcome any fears and limiting decisions that may be causing a barrier to them achieving their goals.
