These few years, as they grow into self-reliant adults, are key to their development.  It is important for their own well being and mental health, that the student feels supported during this time.

Hypnotherapy can help you to deal with any fears, unhelpful beliefs and behaviours that are affecting your emotions, clarity, focus and day to day ability to cope. Hypnosis can increase confidence, self-esteem, and self belief, also enhance and release creativity. It can reinforce a positive mindset, increase motivation and help form healthier habits and behaviours.

I offer special sessions for students, where together we will identify their current concerns and discuss a positive way forward. I will provide regular support where we can monitor your progress, adjust actions if required and celebrate your achievements.

Students will be introduced to simple techniques, ideas and strategies that can help to communicate more effectively and bring about change.  It is about deepening the understanding of yourself and what makes you tick, giving you a personal insight of how you see the world.
