Studying for exams can be a stressful time for students. A little bit of stress can, in actual fact, work as a motivator towards achieving a desired goal. However, the external pressure from the Education environment, Parents and Family, along with the added factor of wanting to achieve for personal fulfillment can cause anxiety.
This is can be manifested in a variety of ways; sweaty palms, raised heart rate, disturbed sleep, overcrowded thoughts and panic attacks.
Hypnotherapy works with the unconscious mind, changing unhelpful thoughts, addressing fears and enforcing positive self belief.
I am able to work using both Hypnosis and Coaching techniques to help regain control of anxiety. These techniques will help alleviate symptoms of stress and are an important life resource for the future.
